Between August 9 and August 23, MileagePlus members can save 20 percent when booking coach-class awards for roundtrip travel within the U.S. and Canada between August 23 and December 15, as follows:

• Flights within the contiguous U.S. and Canada less than 700 miles discounted from 20,000 miles to 16,000 miles roundtrip
• Flights within the contiguous U.S. and Canada more than 700 miles discounted from 25,000 miles to 20,000 miles roundtrip
• Flights to Hawaii discounted from 45,000 miles to 36,000 miles roundtrip
• Flights to Alaska discounted from 35,000 miles to 28,000 miles roundtrip

The discounts do not apply for travel on November 22 or 23 or between November 26 and November 28.
