Having to bend over in front of the whole security line and untie your shoes is awkward and time-consuming. On your next trip, swap your regular footwear for these travel-friendly slip-on shoes (some which are light enough that you can leave them on if you’ve got TSA Pre-Check).

Bucketfeet

(It may not sound comfortable, but actually these woven uppers are incredibly soft—and seamless—so you won’t have any blister-causing rough spots.) The insoles are made from recycled materials, too.

Loafers are great for business travel and leisure trips where you want to look nice, but they’re not always the best for walking.
