The Renaissance city of Florence is only a few kilometers away from some of the best outlet malls in Italy. Outlet mall shopping in Florence means heading to The Mall or Berberino del Mugello Designer Outlet for great prices on high-end fashions.

High-End Fashion Shops

Located in Leccio, The Mall has high-end fashion shops like Gucci, Prada, Armani, Valentino, and Roberto Cavalli. The outlet mall offers 30 percent discounts off designer prices.

About 40 minutes North of Florence in Barberino di Mugello, Berberino del Mugello Designer Outlet has more than 100 shops from Italian and international designers. Stores like Guess, Dolce & Gabbana,  Furla and Lacoste, Levi’s,  Nike, Diesel and Ferrè offer high-end fashion at every budget.

For something a little more low-key, the Macarthurs Glenn Barbarino Outlet offers some high-end names and more budget-friendly shopping options. Located right off the highway, it is closest to Florence and has more than 100 shops.

Getting to the Florence Outlet Malls

To get to The Mall from Florence, there’s a public bus and regional train combo with a 5-minute cab ride from the station. You can also drive directly there via rented car. Conveniently, many Florence hotels offer a daily shuttle bus to The Mall, eliminating navigational needs or travel concerns.

The Florence train station offers a daily shuttlebuses to Berberino del Mugello Designer Outlet departing at 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., returning to Florence at 1:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. An adult round-trip ticket is 15 euros. Kids under age 14 ride free.
