There are several nude beaches in Benidorm, and they’re of the things that attracts European tourists to the area. These beaches are clearly marked, so you shouldn’t end up at one by accident. Don’t be afraid to try one if you’re new to them. If not, hotel-front beaches are less likely to be clothing-optional.

Other Beaches

Beaches here can be crowded and noisy, but there are quieter options. Cala Finestrat is a beach just a few kilometers to the west, which is much quieter and isolated–a nice escape.

Towns

There are several small towns around the area that offer a glimpse of what life was like here before Benidorm became a popular destination. Places like Villa Joyosa, Altea, or El Campello are small towns that offer their own charm. You can still enjoy a quaint seaside village here. Altea has lots of history while El Campello is a lovely seaside village near its own beach. Villa Joyosa is famous for its brightly-painted houses. There are many more small towns and finding them is a great day trip.
