If you’re going to visit Sagada, here are a few clothing and supplies tips to keep in mind.

Packing Tips for Sagada
When you go to Sagada, you want to bring two types of clothes. Chances are, you will be doing a lot of hiking and trekking in Sagada. Therefore, you should bring comfy clothes that are easy to move in. Bring clothes, shoes, and gear that are suited for rainy weather. During the day, you can expect Sagada to be fairly warm. However, at night, it can get incredibly cold. This is particularly true in December. Therefore, you want to bring jackets, sweaters, and other warm clothing.

Travel Light
Since you will be doing a lot of moving around and traveling in Sagada, you should travel light. You should bring a backpack with you to carry all of your things. Since it rains often in Sagada, it is a good idea to have a backpack and belt bag that are waterproof. Only bring essentials like a first aid kit, water, and food during your treks. Be sure to have zip-lock plastic bags for your smartphone, tablets, cameras, and other devices. You can also bring along a bag for all soiled clothing.

Medical Supplies and Toiletries
During treks in Sagada, you definitely want to have medical supplies and toiletries on hand. You should have medicine for diarrhea, motion-sickness, fever, flu, and gas pain. The main reason you will probably use painkillers, however, is for muscle pain. The long treks will leave your muscles feeling sore.
Bring betadine and band aids to take care of the cuts you get while trekking. Mentholated liniment and salonpas are good medical supplies to bring for muscle pain, particularly if you don’t want to rely on painkillers.
