So bring an umbrella and a good solid pair of rain boots. A folding poncho is also useful.

This was the site of he 1988 Olympics and many of the venues are still standing. Try your hand at sledding down a ski hill or speed skating across Olympic ice. Along the way, make sure you bring warm clothing including several layers and a jacket. Snow is heavy in this city during the winter so bring good snow boots. Keep in mind that it gets suddenly warm at certain times during the winter so you need to be properly prepared. Waterproof clothing is a must along with a good warm hat. Don’t forget the tissues among other toiletries—especially this time of year.
