Nightclubs

There are many nightclubs to find when you’re in the country. Queens Nightclub is a favorite hotspot in Lisbon that mainly plays house music, and has many promotional nights during the week. Club Lux is partly owned by Hollywood actor John Malkovich, and is one of Lisbon’s hippest clubs. It’s stylish, with a spacious interior decorated by funky and retro furniture. Top DJs spin the latest music downstairs, and there’s a large dance floor that can accommodate a crowd. The top floor has a more relaxed vibe with an alternative style of music, producing a less intense experience. A balcony runs around the building and overlooks the river, while the breezy rooftop terrace is a great place to watch the sun rise. Yet another place to visit in Lisbon is the Style Bar and Super Club, which has very reasonable drink prices.

Bars

Atelier is a quiet bar located near to the center of the city of Porto. It’s also one of the very few bars in town where smoking is allowed. The Second Bar is a sports bar in Areias de Sao that plays various sports events across its TVs.
