Copenhagen Cooking is one of the biggest food festivals in Northern Europe. The food festival's mission is to spread awareness of Copenhagen as a world-class gastronomic destination through high-quality culinary events.

It is an open-source festival that profiles Danish gastronomy by paying homage to the food culture, Nordic cuisine and the players on the gastronomic stage.

The festival is a focal point for the gastro scene for ten days in August and all of February with a string of events.

Copenhagen Cooking is a non-profit festival which aims to be a platform that attracts tourists and leading international players from the food industry.
