The item you’re most likely to leave behind in your hotel room is an electric charger or adapter for some tech gadget you’re schlepping on a trip. That’s the not-so-amazing result of a survey of 130 European hotels in the Choice Hotels Europe group.
According to the survey, chargers and adapters accounted for two thirds of the total number of items left behind. Next came shoes, at 21 percent, followed by reading materials and spectacles.
I’m not quite sure of the purpose behind this survey, but to me it highlights the items that travelers should most carefully track when they move from place to place. The next time you leave a hotel, don’t forget that charger.
Do you agree with the survey?
