There are only a few more days to nominate your picks for this year’s America’s Best Restroom award. The event, sponsored by Cintas, is in its seventh year. Through April 7, you can nominate any non-residential restroom that’s free to use and open to employees, visitors, or the general public.
What are the winning characteristics? Hygiene of course, plus perks like great views and unique decor. Wracking my brain for a standout bathroom I’ve visited lately, I could only come up with contenders for a worst restroom award.
You can see previous winners in the ABR Hall of Fame. Some are funny, some are luxurious, and some are over the top.
Voting will begin in May after the finalists are picked. The winner will be announced in August. And if you thought the lines were bad in your average public bathroom, just imagine the wait to use America’s Best Restroom.
