Atlantis Bahamas From $199 Per Night

I start itching for a vacation the moment the clock strikes midnight on the summer solstice. Maybe it’s from all those years of counting down the minutes until school would let out for the summer, but I hear June 21 and my mind starts to travel.  

Now Atlantis Bahamas is making it that much more enticing to travel, with its Offer of a Lifetime. Rooms start at $199 per night (without taxes and fees) for two adults traveling together or just $299 per person for three nights’ accommodations. Atlantis (the resort, not the mythical city) is located on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, and provides the largest casino in the Caribbean; world’s largest open-air marine habitat; 141 acres of waterslides and river rides; dolphin swims; and plenty of sandy beaches. The resort isn’t all-inclusive, however, so be sure to budget for food and drinks.

Plus, families take note, because kids stay and play free with unlimited access to the water park.

You must book by July 4, 2010, for travel before December 22. The fine print states that all rates, availability, and offers are subject to change and are not combinable with any other promotion. Rates are based on stays in the Beach Tower for Sunday through Wednesday arrivals. Weekend and holiday travel may cost more.
