A federal air marshal has been arrested after allegedly taking surreptitious cell phone photos underneath female passengers’ dresses/skirts as they boarded a Southwest Airlines flight from Nashville to Tampa, reports USA Today.
The 28-year-old air marshal, Adam J. Bartsch, was charged with disorderly conduct, and has been relieved of his duties. The TSA is also reportedly in the process of suspending or terminating Bartsch’s employment.
Bartsch was allegedly busted in the act by a witness who grabbed his phone and showed the reportedly incriminating pictures on it to a flight attendant. USA Today also reports that Bartsch confessed to the crime.
