Bars

Otto’s Bar sits along the National Highway just as you enter the commercial area. The bar is quaint and has an upstairs section, which provides a pleasant view from which to sit and watch the locals. The bar is operated by an Austrian owner and draws only a small crowd in the evening. Helldivers Bar is adjacent to a seaside resort. Visitors can relax while watching other people play billiards, and cold beers are served all night. The bar has an authentic feel to it, with old pictures lining the wall and parts of a Helldiver bomber plane inside. The walls are also decorated with WWII pilot jackets. The bar is rarely crowded, so it’s a good place to go if you want to sit and have a conversation.

Dancing

Subasco is a relatively recent addition to Coron. The place is cozy, with a nice crowd and helpful staff. The music they play is modern and upbeat, making this a fun place to visit when you’re in the mood for dancing. It is a little far from the town center, but there are tricycle bikers who will taxi you to and from the city.
