Massachusetts Packages for $99

I may be a bit biased, I’ll admit, but my adopted hometown of Boston is a hard city to beat for culture, history, art, food, and sightseeing spots. I’m not just here to tout the glory of my city (though I could write a novel on the subject): the Massachusetts  Office of Travel and Tourism is currently offering Mass99, a $99 package promotion. If you’re planning a trip to Beantown before September 30, you can get a slew of different packages around the city for $99. This can mean a savings of up to 20 percent on the everyday prices. This deal is worth considering if you’re traveling with a family or a few friends, but wouldn’t really appy to the solo or travelers or couples.

Some $99 sample packages include:

• Boston Chocolate Tours: Tickets for two adult and two children. Regularly priced at $148.
• Charlie’s Charters/Fishing & Sightseeing, Gloucester: Half-day fishing trip for four anglers. Twenty Percent savings.
• Boston Duck Tours: Tickets for two adults and two kids for Sunday through Thursday tours. Plus, you get four free duck lips. Regularly priced at $119 (without online booking fees).
• The Medieval Manor Theatre Restaurant: Five tickets for Sunday through Thursday admissions. Regularly priced at $150.
