Yet another new ship will be launching in Europe this spring. On May 14, MSC Cruises will name the MSC Orchestra in Civitavecchia, the cruise port for Rome.
Although the MSC Orchestra will make her first public appearance in Civitavecchia, the ship will be based in Venice through the summer and into the fall. The Orchestra will sail seven-night cruises to Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia from June 2 through October 27.
For the winter, the ship will reposition to Genoa and sail alternating 11-night Mediterranean itineraries, beginning on November 14. Guests can choose between a cruise to Italy, Greece, Crete, Egypt, Cyprus, and Turkey, or a voyage to Spain, Morocco, the Canary Islands, Madeira, and Rome.
Fares start at $995 per person, based on double occupancy, for seven-night sailings. If you’re interested in booking a family trip on MSC Cruises’ new ship, don’t forget to inquire about the line’s kids sail free offer.
