On the heels of Hurricane Sandy, a new storm is causing hundreds of canceled and delayed flights in the northeastern United States. Most domestic airlines are now offering change-fee wavers for travel out of select airports. And as of this morning, USA Today reports that more than 1,000 flights have been canceled in the New York City area. More than half of the canceled flights were scheduled to depart from Newark Liberty International.
Below are links to change-fee policies (including a few cancellation-fee waivers) on offer from major U.S. airlines. Remember to sign up for email alerts on the status of your flight through your airline. More cancellations may follow, so stay tuned.
