Sea Venture Resort (Pismo Beach, CA)

My husband and I went to Pismo Beach for a little getaway without the kids. Stayed at The Sea Venture Resort. Booked the room with a three day special. Was told it was a room without a view and we could upgrade when we checked in. Upon arrival we were told there were no rooms left for the big weekend (St. Patricks day).

A little disappointed we checked in got to our room and found a full view of the beach!!!!!! Sunsets and sunrises were wonderful on your private patio. The Resort almost looked like a cruise ship from the beach. It had these rounded coverings over each patio that did not block the view but instead gave you privacy for your own spa on your deck.

The room was so beautiful we hardly left the room!!! Big feather bed with feather pillows and feather comforter! Restaurant on the top floor had a wonderful panoramic view of the beach to the pier an the food was yummy!!!! Each night they deliver your choice of a bottle of champagne or wine to you room. We would take a stroll on the beach and ask that it be in the room when we got back. So romantic!!!!

Also a wonderful feature was breakfast….You would fill out your choices the night before with a time that you wanted it delivered. At that exact tim there would be a light tap at the door with a huge basket with everything you ordered with everything that you needed. hot items hot, cold were cold. Such a wonderful place!!!!! We intended to do more of the areas attractions, visit some wineries but I have to say everything we needed was right in our room so we really never left!!!! So Romantic!!!!!
