Tagaytay Nightlife
Tagaytay in The Philippines may not be the most exciting city when the sun goes down, but there are still a few places where visitors and locals like to hang out.

A Casual Night of Eating and Drinking
Dencio’s in Tagaytay is a branch of a nationwide chain specializing in serving up traditional Filipino comfort food. This restaurant and bar is a favorite late night stop for young adults who want to take advantage of inexpensive meals and drinks. Dencio’s is a great introduction to Filipino food and customs. The restaurant is open every day from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm.

Show Off Your Singing Voice
Budding singers will want to visit Hellenic, a US-style videoke and karaoke venue in Magallanes Square. Patrons can choose what song they want to perform from over 50,000 high-quality recordings available from a wide range of genres. Hellenic also offers a 15 minute dance show by professional dancers every hour. Hellenic offers an unique night out for groups.

Get Your Java Fix
Bag of Beans is a very popular chain of coffee shops in Tagaytay. Currently, there are two branches of Bag of Beans. The original coffee shop opened on National Road next to Mendez Crossing, but most night owls prefer the smaller, and more romantic branch found at the Tagaytay Roundabout. These foreign-owned cafes take pride in serving fresh-brewed local-grown coffee, including Barako, and civet cat varieties. Hungry patrons can snack on homemade baked goods and savory British-style pies. Bag of Beans is open from 6:30 am until 10:00 daily.
Bag of Beans has several locations in Tagaytay. The dress code is smart casual.
Relax with Live Music
Spend Saturday night listening to live acoustic music with your friends at TAJ restaurant. TAJ offers an extensive menu of classic Indian and Mediterranean dishes you can enjoy. The chicken biryani comes highly recommended, and any visit to TAJ is not complete without ordering a cup of masala chai to enjoy with your food. After dinner, customers can hang out and order a hookah (the traditional pipe used to smoke Arabia), filled with one of the delicious flavors of shisha the restaurant offers. It is definitely an unique experience.
TAJ is located about halfway between Tagaytay and Batangas at 5059 Aguinaldo Hi-way, Laurel, Batangas. The dress code is casual.
